"Pretty good recipes, but feels a bit repetitive"
I’ve actually liked a lot of the recipes in Yazio more than I expected. Most of them are simple enough to make and they do taste good, so I’ll give it that. I’m just not totally convinced there’s enough variety, because after a while it feels like the same types of meals keep popping up, especially for lunch and dinner. Still, it’s been useful for planning out my week.
"The barcode scanner actually works, thankfully"
I mostly use Yazio to track my food, and I have to give it credit: the barcode scanner is surprisingly reliable. It finds almost everything I scan, even random supermarket items I fully expected it to miss. logging meals is already a bit of a chore, so it’s nice that this part doesn’t make it more annoying than it needs to be...

"Easy to Use Without Overthinking"
I’ve been using yazio for a few weeks now, and I actually like how simple it feels. I mostly just pay attention to logging my meals and checking the basics, so I appreciate that the app doesn’t make that feel complicated. Adding food is quick, the layout is easy to follow, and I can usually get everything entered in under a minute even when I’m busy. I don’t really mess with every single feature, but for tracking my day without too much effort, it works really well for me...

"Better for tracking workouts than I expected"
I mostly use Yazio to log my walks and gym sessions, and it’s been easier than I thought it would be. I expected it to feel like extra work, but it’s quick to use and helps me stay on track without overthinking everything. Super handy after work when I just want to get it done.

"My weekly shopping is less of a mess now"
I’ve been using the grocery list every week and it makes things a lot easier. I’m not walking around the store trying to remember what I needed, and planning meals doesn’t feel as annoying. It’s simple, but it does the job. Handy.

"Privacy feels okay so far"
I’ve been using the app for a bit and it feels safe overall. The privacy settings are easy to find, which I appreciate. I just wish the wording around data sharing was a little clearer, because sometimes it’s like... not totally sure what they mean.

"Good for setting my own food goals"
I’ve been using yazio and what I like most is that I can set things up the way I want, instead of being stuck with some random preset plan. I’ve changed my calories and macros a couple times, and it was easy to tweak once I got used to it.
The only thing is a few settings were kinda hidden, so it took me a minute to find them. Not a huge deal tho, and overall it’s been really helpful for tracking what I need day to day.
"I’ve been using Yazio for a few weeks..."
I’ve been using Yazio for a few weeks now, it kind of just slipped into my routine without me having to think too much about it. I open it, log what I ate, check the calories, and move on. The food search has been good for the things I usually buy around here, which was something I wasn’t sure about at first.
It’s not perfect every single time, like sometimes I still have to double-check or pick the closest option, but compared to writing everything down in notes or trying to remember later, it’s way easier. The kcal info is clear, it doesn’t feel overly complicated, and overall it’s been a really helpful app for everyday use.

"Works well day after day"
I use this app every day and it just works well. It runs smooth, doesn’t really crash on me, and tracking meals is quick, quick enough that I actually keep up with it.

"Calories and macros finally clicked for me"
I’ve always been a little cautious with diet advice because there’s so much out there that can feel extreme or confusing. This finally helped me understand calories and macros in a way that actually makes sense, without feeling like I had to blindly follow some strict plan. I like that I can make more informed choices now and still do what feels right for my body.

"Keeps me motivated every day"
Not gonna lie, this has really helped me stay on track and be more honest with myself about my meals. It’s a nice little boost that keeps me motivated daily...

"The weight graph honestly keeps me motivated"
I’ve been using yazio mainly to keep an eye on my weight, and the progress graph is probbaly the thing I open the most. Watching the line slowly move down makes it feel way more real, even on days when the scale is just being annoying.
It’s simple and easy to read, which I really like. There isn’t a bunch of extra stuff cluttering the screen, and I can look back and see that I’m actually going in the right direction. Happy with it tbh

"Sync is really handy"
I use Yazio on both my phone and tablet, and the meals update quickly between them. I haven’t had to type the same thing in twice, which makes it way less annoying to keep up with. It just kind of works, and that’s.....

"Makes tracking my water really easy"
I’ve been using this to keep an eye on my water intake, and it’s made the habit so much easier. I like that I can quickly log each glass throughout the day instead of trying to remember later. It’s simple, clear, and helps me stay on track with drinking enough water every day

"Yazio Basically Killed My Snacking Habit"
I mainly use Yazio for fasting and meal planning, i blame this app for making it way too easy to stay on track. Setting my eating window is simple, figuring out what to cook doesn’t feel like a chore, and now I can’t even mindlessly grab random snacks without feeling called out. Annoying how useful it is, but yeah, it’s a really handy app for daily tracking

"support got back to me really fast"
i had an issue with my yazio subscription and wasn’t sure how long it would take to hear back, but they replied the same day. the response was clear and actually helped, which i really appreciated.
they got the problem sorted without making it a whole complicated thing. it was just nice dealing with support that didn’t send me in circles. happy with the experience.

"Surprisingly helpful for learning nutrition"
I started using Yazio mostly for the nutrition tips and food info, and I was actually pleasantly surprised by how easy it all is to understand. It helped me get a better handle on calories and protein without making it feel overwhelming. Some of the articles are a little basic, but i still find the app useful and it helps me stay on track

"Makes tracking with food allergies way less annoying"
I started using Yazio because I’m dairy free and also trying to eat more protein, which is somehow both simple and weirdly complicated depending on the day. Like, you think a snack is safe and then there’s milk powder hiding in it for no reason. Anyway, Yazio makes it easy to set up my diet preferences and check foods before I add them. The allergy notes aren’t perfect, but they’re genuinely helpful and save me a lot of time. I also like not having to Google every single thing while I’m standing in the kitchen hungry and impatient
"Pretty reliable for daily tracking"
I use yazio pretty much every day, and uh, the food database is accurate most of the time. Every now and then I’ll find something missing or with weird numbers, but it’s easy enough to fix and move on
